"Arrived Way Faster Than Expected"
It came super fast, quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise because I’m not exactly patient when waiting for packages. No complaints here!

We used cady to book and manage my kid’s photo session, and overall the website was okay. I was able to find the appointment info without too much trouble, which was helpful because I had already been running around that day trying to get everyone ready and make sure we weren’t late. The biggest issue was the waiting once we got there. Our session started late, and there really wasn’t much communication while we were sitting around. After a while it just started to feel like the whole thing was taking way longer than it needed to, especially when you’re there with a kid who’s already dressed up and just wants to be done. The photos turned out fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just wish they managed the session timing better, or at least let people know when they’re running behind.

"Good photo, confusing process"
I used cady for my son's yearbook photo, i had mixed feelings. The actual picture turned out nice, which was a relief and made me happy. But then trying to pick the right one and figure out what had already been sent to the school was frustrating. I went from feeling excited to confused quickly. Customer service did get back to me, so I appreciated that, but it wasn’t exactly fast. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either. I just really wish the website made the yearbook selection part clearer.

I ordered my photos from Cady, and overall they were okay. The print quality wasn’t bad, but a few of the pictures looked a little duller than I expected, especially considering the price. I guess it reminded me how much you notice the little details when the photos are tied to memories you really care about. Shipping was fine and everything arrived without any issues, but I do wish the prints had been a bit sharper.

"Proofs were okay to review"
I was in a relaxed mood when I sat down to look through the proofs, and overall it was easy enough to view them. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and some of the options were a little confusing at first, but I figured it out and everything worked fine in the end

"Cancellation worked out, but it took a bit"
I ended up having to cancel my order with Cady and the whole thing was a little confusing at first because I wasn’t totally sure what steps I was supposed to follow, customer service did get back to me but it took a couple of messages before I got a clear answer, and while the refund did eventually come through, it was definitely slower than I was hoping for, so overall it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just think the cancellation process could be a lot smoother.

"Good Experience Overall"
I had a good experience with cady. The photographer showed up on time, was really calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also made my kid feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the wait afterward was a bit longer than expected, but overall it went well. I’d still recommend them.

I had my pictures done at the studio it was a really smooth experience. The staff was kind and helped me with poses, which I definitely needed lol. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush me or make me feel awkward. It felt like they actually cared about doing a good job and treating people right, and the photos turned out better than I expected.

I ordered the digital download from cady.com, and once I found the right page, everything worked like it was supposed to. My photos were there, the download quality was really good, and I was able to get my pictures quickly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the site felt a bit confusing at first, with a few too many clicks before I could actually get to my file. Still, it did what I needed, and I was relieved and happy to finally have the pictures saved.

"Photo quality was honestly disappointing"
The website itself was fine and easy enough to use, so I was feeling good about the order at first. But then the photos showed up and… yeah, not great. A few of them were blurry, the lighting looked weird, and overall they just didn’t feel as clean or sharp as I expected. And for the price? Come on. I’m not expecting museum-level prints, but I do expect them to look better than this. They weren’t the absolute worst photos I’ve ever received, but they definitely didn’t make me want to order again anytime soon unless the quality improves.

"The posing tips really helps"
I usually feel so awkward whenever I’m getting photos taken, but the posing tips on Cady was actually super helpful. It gave me easy ideas for how to stand and what to do with my hands, which I always never know. It made the whole photo thing feels a lot less stressful.

It’s a good deal overall. I’ve been happy with it for the most part, though sometimes the price feels a little high... not always, just depends. Still, I’d say it’s worth it.
